₱20,000 Bounty Pool — ActiveFully AnonymousIPFS Permanent Record

Anonymous Whistleblower Bounty

If you have evidence of wrongdoing by Global Mobility Service Philippines or M Lhuillier — internal documents, directives, fee policies, system configs — we will pay you for it and make it permanently unkillable on IPFS.

No name. No email. No phone. You get a claim code. That is all we know about you.

How It Works

01
Submit Anonymously
Upload files + describe what they prove. No personal info required. We strip metadata from documents.
02
Save Your Claim Code
You receive a one-time claim code. We only store a hash. If you lose it, we cannot recover it.
03
Admin Review
We verify evidence against public record and company behavior. Review typically within 72 hours.
04
IPFS + Bounty Payout
Approved evidence is pinned to IPFS permanently. You submit GCash or crypto details to receive payment.

Bounty Tiers

Select the tier that matches your evidence when submitting. Admin sets the final approved amount within the tier range.

What Happens After IPFS Pinning

✓ The evidence gets a permanent Content Identifier (CID) on the IPFS network. It cannot be deleted — not by us, not by a court order, not by the companies themselves.

✓ The CID is published publicly on LabanPH with a timestamp proof. Any journalist, regulator, or lawyer can independently verify the evidence hasn't been altered.

✓ We submit the evidence to BSP, SEC PH, and DTI as part of the existing evidence package against the company.

✓ If a class action proceeds, IPFS-pinned evidence is included in the evidence bundle for all plaintiffs.

Anonymity Guarantees

No identity required
We never ask for your name, email, phone, or any identifying information.
One-time claim code
Your only identifier is a random claim code. We store only its SHA-256 hash — the code itself is never written to our database.
Metadata stripping
We strip EXIF data from uploaded images. For PDFs and Office docs, we recommend using CamScanner or printing-to-PDF before upload.
Payout separation
Payout details (GCash/crypto) are submitted after approval via a separate form — never linked to your original submission in our database.
No IP logging on submit
The whistleblower submission endpoint does not log IP addresses. For maximum safety, submit via Tor Browser or a VPN.
Evidence never public
Raw files are only accessible to admin and regulators. What goes public is the IPFS CID and a summary — not the full document unless required for class action.

Your Legal Protections as a Whistleblower

Philippine law provides specific protections for individuals who report corporate wrongdoing. These apply regardless of whether you use LabanPH or report directly to a regulator.

RA 6981
Witness Protection, Security and Benefit Act
The primary whistleblower protection law. Provides security, relocation, and benefits for individuals who provide information on violations. Can shield you from civil or criminal suits filed in retaliation for your disclosure.
RA 3019
Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act
Protects individuals who report corruption by public officers — relevant if GMS or MLhuillier's conduct involves government officials, regulators, or GOCCs.
RA 11032
Ease of Doing Business Act
Mandates protection for whistleblowers reporting red tape and regulatory non-compliance. Applies when companies exploit bureaucratic processes to delay or deny legitimate consumer complaints.
RA 11313
Safe Spaces Act
Protects employees from retaliation when reporting gender-based harassment. If you are a current or former employee of GMS or MLhuillier, this act protects against employer retaliation for any workplace complaint.
Agency Policies
PhilHealth, BCDA & GOCC Whistleblowing Policies
Government-owned or controlled corporations are required to maintain confidential whistleblower intake and protection. If any GMS/MLhuillier conduct involves GOCCs, those institutions' internal policies also provide protection.

LabanPH is not a law firm. This is a summary for general awareness, not legal advice. If you face retaliation, contact the Department of Justice (DOJ) Witness Protection Program or a Philippine consumer-law attorney.
